Belgian Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin–Deceuninck) beats compatriot Wout van Aert (Team Jumbo–Visma) in a tight finish to win Stage 15 (Rodez to Carcassonne, 202.5 km) of Tour de France 2022 on Sunday (July 17). Denmark’s Mads Pedersen (Trek–Segafredo) was third. His Danish compatriot Jonas Vingegaard of Team Jumbo–Visma kept the yellow jersey despite involving in a crash, in which the 25-year-landed heavily on his head. Monday will be a rest day Carcassonne. Action resumed on Tuesday with Stage 16, from Carcassonne to Foix, and will cover 178.5 km.
