The Dog House Australia wins entertainment as Seven and Nine share Tuesday overall win

Ten’s The Dog House was the #1 entertainment program on Tuesday night, but it was Seven and Nine who shared the overall win.

The Dog House brought in a metro audience of 575,000, while also winning all key advertising demos.

Seven’s episode of Home And Away was next in entertainment pulling in a metro audience of 548,000, while Nine’s episode of Parental Guidance had 520,000 metro viewers. The premiere saw 629,000 metro viewers tune in. 

The Chase Australia on Seven brought in 490,000 metro viewers, followed by Nine’s Travel Guides RPT which had a metro audience of 434,000, while Ten’s Cheap Eats aired to 391,000 metro viewers.

The #1 program on Tuesday was Seven News, which had an average of 918,000 metro viewers, ahead of Seven News at 6.30 with 898,000 and Nine News at 6:30 with 853,000 metro viewers.

As previously mentioned, Nine and Seven shared the nightly win, both taking an overall network share of 28%, while Ten had a 21.3% network share, and ABC had 14.9%.

Nine also won primary channel share while the top-rating multi-channel for Tuesday was 7TWO with a share of 4.6%.

In the latest Daily Consolidated Total TV Report for 2 November, Seven News was the #1 program nationally across linear television, with 1.509 million viewers, and 29,000 on BVOD.

The program with the biggest uplift was also Tuesday’s episode of Love Island which had an uplift of 113%, with a national audience of 559,000 and a BVOD of 232,000.
